Raspberry Pi Home Server

I have a Raspberry Pi Model B constantly running and providing me the following services:

  • Remote access to my multi-function printer using a CUPS print server and sane to access the scanner.
  • FitBit synchronization station using galileo.
  • Syncthing node for a couple of folders containing some small and rarely updated files. If you want to use it for big files or for folders with frequent updates consider pointing it to an external drive so you don’t destroy the SD card.
  • Fava, a web UI for Beancount. I use it to keep track of my personal finances.
