Quy Nhon, Vietnam

City on the seaside in the center of Vietnam. It has lots of recently built buildings, mostly hotels or tourism-related. More are being built. It has a really nice sand beach which is clean and well kept.

It has a totally different vibe than Hanoi. Everything is more spacious, less frenetic.

• Ky Co beach
• Eo Gio
• FLC Safari zoo. Not to big but the kids enjoyed it, especially because they’ve been able to feed the animals. It wasn’t crowded because we went on a weekday off-season. The weather was pretty hot and using the cart helped.
• Explorascience is a really cool science museum. It has many interactive activities and also some live demonstrations.

Nearby I’ve spotted, for the first time in Vietnam, a wind farm.
